Message from the 12th President

On behalf of the 12th Executive Council, it is with great pleasure that I announce the launch of Population Association of Pakistan’s (PAP) new website. Unveiled alongside celebration of PAP completing 25 years of thought leadership in population research, this new platform represents a step forward in strengthening engagement with PAP members’ community, fostering collaboration, and expanding access to knowledge and resources for our members and partners.

Serving as the 12th President of the Executive Council was a profound honor. During our two year term, through the dedication and collective efforts of the Council and the wider PAP community, we have made meaningful strides in advancing the Association’s mission and enhancing its role within the field of population studies.

As we look to the future, I am confident that PAP will continue to grow, innovate, and inspire. I am hopeful that the activation of the website will greatly facilitate the online payment of dues by current and new members, and also enable fund raising for the future.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all those who have contributed to this journey and invite you to join us as we build on this foundation for even greater achievements ahead.
